SOAR is a 12-step faith based recovery meeting. We focus on people with psychological and substance use disorder.

Who we are: SOAR is an outreach ministry of cvfree Church. This group exists to meet the needs of people who need support with getting their lives back on track. We believe that God's love is the ultimate gift and He can enable anyone to experience healing on all levels.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

What happens at a meeting?

We believe in each person's right to privacy and the need for confidentiality
We believe that a supportive community is important.
We take time to have discussion and share experiences that maybe helpful to others in the group.
The 12-steps of AA are reviewed and discussed.
Coins are given to acknowledge individual successes.
An encouraging devotional and Bible verses are shared.
